Below are the services our medical spa offers. Health history form must be filled out and consent form prior to booking. Consults are suggested but not required as medical conditions if any, should be discussed in case counter indicated. If any conditions do counter interact you risk no service day of appointment if no consult booked before.

Please know most appointments do require a minimum of 50% deposit or $100. Both will go towards the service total. Also used as security deposit. Same day cancelation $50 fee, less then 48 hour notice for cancellation or rescheduling also $50 fee, no exceptions!
